Kylie and Steve,  Melissa and I just wanted to say a big thank you for doing such an exquisite job in catering for our daughter’s baptism celebration.  We had always wanted to host the event at home but had been concerned about how much work that would mean for us.  Well we are glad that we decided to go ahead and do it at home and have to taste cater the event.  The food was exquisite and brilliantly presented.  You and Steve were extremely professional, both in our dealings beforehand and also on the day.  Our guests could not stop raving about the food and it was great to see that it all went.  People are still talking about now!  I would highly recommend to taste to anyone considering having a function at home.  It’s a great way of hosting a more intimate function while not having to worry about all the food preparation and service on the day, so you are guaranteed to enjoy the day as much as your guests.  We look forward to our next event so that we can have you back. To Whom it May Concern, I recently contracted To Taste to cater the opening of the 2004 RMIT Architecture Major Project Exhibition. This is an important biannual exhibition that is attended by a large amount of RMIT Architecture Alumni and architectural practitioners throughout Melbourne. It is intended to showcase the very best work of recently graduated RMIT architecture students to industry, the public, and to the architectural media, and as such requires a level of sophistication and polish well above that which is generally expected of student events. The quality of the food and service provided by To Taste fitted the aspirations of this event perfectly. The food was of high quality, well presented, and the catering operation was well managed throughout the evening. I received nothing but positive comments on the catering from those who attended the event. Hi Kylie & Steven, Just want to say a huge “THANK YOU” to you both for the fantastic job you did at Tim’s 40th on the weekend!  The food was amazing, delicious and presented beautifully along with the service you both offered.  It was strange, but great not to have to worry about food and making sure there was plenty, because you guys did such an amazing job. The comments from people on the food were all fantastic, they loved it ALL!  People have been congratulating me on a great job, but I can’t take the credit for your work, you really did a marvelous job!  Thank you. Dear Steve & Kylie I am so glad we chose "To Taste" to complete the catering for my mother's eightieth birthday on Sunday 27th of June. The venue @ the St James' Court function centre was a perfect venue, however the catering and presentation of food & wine is always the biggest concern.  My husband & I were so pleased we chose your catering company to complete the catering. We felt so at ease, just enjoying each dish that was presented so appetisingly. We were observing peoples reactions, they really enjoyed the food very much.  Your youth and enthusiasm enhanced the planning of the function.
